At Hapa Tie Company, we want you to feel confident and excited about your purchase. If for any reason your order is not quite what you expected, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Holiday orders (Nov 1 – Dec 31) may be returned through January 15 for added flexibility.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

In the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and free from signs of wear.

Returned with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Begin a Return

Contact us at info@hapatie.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label (U.S. orders) and instructions for sending your package.

Carefully repackage your item and ship it by the carrier’s deadline.

U.S. customers: A prepaid return label will be provided. A $7 flat fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping (waived if the item is defective or incorrect).

International customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are non-refundable, though you may be able to reclaim them locally.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to place a new order and return your original purchase. If you prefer a direct exchange (U.S. customers only), please let us know when requesting your return, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in ensuring quality. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us at info@hapatie.com within 7 days if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will promptly resolve the issue.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval notice and you have not received your refund, kindly contact us.
Gifts
If your item was received as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue store credit for the return once approved. Refunds for gifted items sent to the original purchaser will be made to their original payment method.
European Union Customers
If your order ships into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you may cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Items must remain unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. Please email info@hapatie.com to begin this process.
